Getting Things Done Quickly and Efficiently

You may not realize this, but you can do so much more than what you are doing now. All you have to do is tap into the power of your brain.

How many times have you completed a project, only to go back and do it over again because of some minor mistake?

Just like Kevin Costner from the movie; “For the love of the game,” you have to learn how to clear the mechanism. It basically means you need to learn how to turn off the noise. Keep in mind this doesn’t mean music playing or television noise, but the constant noise you hear in your mind! Whether it’s the negative thoughts, the worried distractions, or anything else that helps you lose your mental focus, they need to be turned off. If a thought misdirects you hurry up and write it down, and then go back to accomplishing your task.
